Bauer Properties is located in Orange California. We are in walking distance of Historic Orange Plaza & Chapman University. We are 10 minutes to several major Orange County freeways 5, 55, 22, 57, and 91, which make it easy for all to find us. We are on the corner of Glassell and Rose Ave at 594 North Glassell Street, Orange, CA 92867.

Our current Monthly Private Office Rental Rates:
The payment for Monthly Private Office Rentals is invoiced the 23rd of the previous month and due at the first of each month through Check, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal payment system. If a tenant elects PayPal as their method of payment, a 5% fee is added to the Monthly Flat Rate. No fee is added for Check, Zelle, or Venmo. With this type of rental, there is a 12-month term with a 90-day notice of termination.

A Security Deposit equal to one (1) months’ rent and a key deposit of $100.00 required for all monthly private office rentals. This is refundable upon lease termination and faithful performance of the Lease.
A Door Plaque fee of $25.00 is required for all monthly private office rentals. The Door Plaque fee covers the cost of creating a door plaque, which we order for each of our new tenants. The Door Plaque helps to ensure that your patients/clients know where your office is located. This fee is non-refundable.
Monthly private office rentals may request signage on our monument sign. There are additional fees associated with preparation and installation.
Since 2002, Bauer Properties has cleaned the property extensively using disinfecting cleaning products, such as Lysol, which has been shown to protect from the flu and other viruses. From news reports, this approach is proving to be effective for the COVID-19 virus as well. The cleaning staff cleans all surfaces, door frames, door handles, flooring surfaces, and bathroom surfaces with disinfecting cleaners and sprays.
We follow the CDC Guidelines for a clean & safe office environment. We encourage all tenants assistance with our prevention efforts during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
